It checks setbacks, coverage and depth for the address and starts the county, DEP and Army Corps packet from the design. The engineer of record and the permitting office still sign off.

Yes. Your licensed span tables and your own prices on every line.
Do homeowners design on the website?
No. The contractor designs in the app. The homeowner gets a view link with no login to pick decking, lift and lights and approve by name.
What does a seat cost?
