Win more bids with 3D

Homeowners do not buy beams and purlins. They buy the backyard they can picture. Show it to them.

Why 3D closes

The objections that stall a pool or enclosure sale are almost all about picturing it. How big will the cage feel. Will the roof block the view. What does that deck color look like next to the house. A drawing answers none of them. A 3D model of their own house answers all of them, and Structure Studios reports a contractor selling 95 percent of its 3D presentations.

The five step sales visit

  1. Load the job before you arrive. Address, survey and photos already in the project.
  2. Start with their yard. Show the existing house and pool first so they trust the model.
  3. Change things live. Roof style, screen, deck type and color, the exact shell. Let them hold the tablet.
  4. Price it on the spot. Your price book turns their choices into a number while they watch.
  5. Ask for the approval. Approval by name on the design, deposit on the proposal.

After you leave

Send the homeowner 3D link. No login, nothing to install. The spouse who missed the visit sees the same design, and you see when they open it. That is the follow up call you want to make.

Questions

Does 3D really help close pool jobs?

Builders who present in 3D report higher close rates because homeowners can picture the finished backyard and the choices that change the price.

Can homeowners see the 3D at home?

In Pool Span Pro, yes. The homeowner link opens the 3D with no login and shows the design without your costs.
